To sit under a darker sky, to watch weather roll in and to feel the power of nature is to be in awe. I've always loved these moments - my absolute favourite self-invented game as kid was called "storm", played during the worst (best?) of wind and rainstorms. Eventually I'd head inside, thoroughly wet, covered in mud, exhausted and happy. Windermere isn't a storm per se, but it certainly carries a deeply beautiful, powerful energy in its flowing brushstrokes.

Shipping costs for original paintings is here. Large paintings on canvas are shipped rolled unless the destination is in Canada in which case it may be possible to ship flat. The shipping charge at checkout reflects the cost to send rolled. If it is possible to send flat I will be in touch after checkout to confirm your preference and the additional charge for flat shipping.
