I paint abstracts to explore movement and composition through colour. These abstract paintings are delightfully playful, capturing moments of joy on canvas. I'm my most unrestrained self when I'm painting abstracts and I don't hold back in upholding my commitment to being just a bit offbeat!
Thoughtfully composed but spontaneously created, each of the abstract paintings in my 'Detours' collection is a curious wonder to make you smile.
'Detours (amaranth pink)' is a whole-hearted expression of joy. It's the kind imaginative daydream that fills my heart with waves of optimistic and exciting ideas, generating their own special kind of energy that spills out onto the canvas.
First created as an acrylic abstract painting, this fine art print has been beautifully created from the original as the original has since sold.

The size shown for an abstract art print on fine art paper is the final sheet size, which includes a 1” border. The border gives the image ‘room to breathe’ and leaves some space for my signature as well as space to accommodate framing with a mat.
The size shown for a canvas art print is the image size. Your canvas print will arrive rolled with an additional 2” border (white or printed) so you can wrap this around the stretcher frame of your choice. My signature runs vertically up the right side of the border.

My abstract art prints are available on museum quality fine art paper or canvas with archival pigment inks, ensuring that the colors and details remain vibrant and crisp for years to come.
Prints created on fine art paper are created with a 1” border - the print size refers to the cut paper size including the border.
Canvas art prints are created with an extra 2” border for wrapping around a stretcher frame. This is available as white or printed with an extension of the image.
