Estimated delivery timelines are in the sections below. If we are aware of circumstances that may delay delivery we will inform you as soon as we can. Please note that we are not in control of the shipping services so cannot assume liability for late deliveries or lost packages by the postal service or other couriers.

Shipping to Canada:  Print orders are shipped using Canada Post and include tracking.  The approximate delivery time after prints have been collected is between 3-9 business days.

Shipping to UK & EU: Most UK & EU orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail. The largest rolled prints for EU are sent by courier as they are larger than what Airmail will accept.  All packages are sent with tracking, delivery time is approximately business 14 days from the date of shipping.

International shipping: Print orders are shipped using Canada Post, delivery time is approximately business 14 days from the date of shipping. Incorrect shipping information:  The buyer is responsible for providing correct shipping information.  We will not refund lost or wrongly delivered orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information.  Orders will not be refunded if they are returned to us by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information, and the buyer will be responsible for full re-shipping costs to the correct address.

We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (Canada Post or other couriers domestically or internationally), and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. We work hard to package each order with care in sturdy flat mailers and tubes so that it arrives undamaged. Illustrated details on how we pack large prints at Studio Bee can be found here.  Please note that it is your responsibility to open the packing carefully without causing damage to the prints.

Fine Art prints are delicate objects and we ask that you handle your new artwork with care and minimize handling in general.  This means opening the packaging carefully, removing prints from their packaging with clean hands, free from oil to avoid any fingerprints, storing them in a place away from possible water or heat damage and handling them gently when framing.

If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, or if you missed the delivery you must contact the shipping service personally. We are unable to do any free of charge reprints for orders that are not delivered, are lost, or get stolen. We are unable to reprint Limited Edition prints if the edition has closed.
