Shipping policy
Update: We’re now creating and shipping US art print orders directly from within the US!
International shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE any applicable import taxes, customs duties or fees that are due upon entry into the destination country. Duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Note for US customers: Original artwork remains tariff-free when shipped to the US, although couriers routinely charge a handling or brokerage fee upon delivery. This isn’t a tariff, but a fee for processing the customs clearance, and these charges are set entirely by the courier, so I’m not able to see them in advance. A CUSMA certificate of Origin will be affixed to your package, but you can also download a pdf copy of this here.
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs authorities in other countries. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, customs processing times vary and are beyond our control. Any delays due to customs inspections, duties, or import regulations are the responsibility of the recipient.
TEA TOWELS & NOTEBOOKS are sent with tracking. The cost depends on destination and package weight.
All PRINTS are sent with tracking, delivery time will vary depending on destination. If we are aware of circumstances that may delay delivery we will inform you as soon as we can. Please note that we are not in control of the shipping services and do assume liability for late deliveries or lost packages by the postal service or other couriers.

*XL prints are shipped by courier, as their size exceeds postal service limits. ROW courier rates are provisional, based on past experience, and any overpayment will be refunded once the actual cost is confirmed.
Shipping costs for ORIGINAL paintings 12" x 12" and larger can be found here. Shipping costs for 8" x 8" and 10" x 10" paintings are here. Please note that International Shipping outside costs vary widely depending on carrier, destination and options (speed, tracking). The cost at checkout is an estimate which is subject to change. (We do this so you can secure an original painting easily online!) After checkout we will confirm your shipping preference and any cost difference.

Greeting Cards:
GREETING CARDS are sent from the UK by Royal Mail by regular letter mail (without tracking) and are dispatched within 24-48 hours of ordering. Tracking is available for additional charge of $7 which does not change delivery times. If you would like tracking added, please email prints@susannahbee.com and we will arrange this.

Incorrect shipping information: The buyer is responsible for providing correct shipping information. We will not refund lost or wrongly delivered orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. Orders will not be refunded if they are returned to us by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information, and the buyer will be responsible for full re-shipping costs to the correct address.
We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (Canada Post or other couriers domestically or internationally), and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. We work hard to package each order with care in sturdy flat mailers and tubes so that it arrives undamaged. Illustrated details on how we pack large prints at Studio Bee can be found here. Please note that it is your responsibility to open the packing carefully without causing damage to the prints.
Fine Art prints are delicate objects and we ask that you handle your new artwork with care and minimize handling in general. This means opening the packaging carefully, removing prints from their packaging with clean hands, free from oil to avoid any fingerprints, storing them in a place away from possible water or heat damage and handling them gently when framing.
If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, or if you missed the delivery you must contact the shipping service personally. We are unable to do any free-of-charge reprints for orders that are not delivered, are lost, or get stolen. We are unable to reprint Limited Edition prints if the edition has closed.
