Don’t let the limited palette and singular flower fool you — this is a full, rich bunch of curiosity and exploration of shape and paint on canvas.
I found keeping the idea original-to-me was an excellent challenge and, after extra hours layering the paint on and fussing with the flow and details, I’m delighted with how this painting turned out. The contrast from light to dark, the richness of the teal and turquoise background, and the playful, bendy, wonky petals all come together in a way that feels so satisfying and complete.
This painting features a touch of surface texture, marking the layers of paint and the joyful, time-filled process that shaped it into something beautiful.

Shipping costs for original paintings are here. Large paintings on canvas are shipped rolled unless the destination allows us to ship flat. The shipping charge at checkout reflects the cost to send rolled. If it is possible to send flat I will be in touch after checkout to confirm your preference and any additional charge for flat shipping.
Please note: International shipping charges do not include import taxes, customs duties, or other fees that may apply upon entry to the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid once the shipment arrives.

Original artwork remains tariff-free when shipped to the US, although couriers routinely charge a handling or brokerage fee upon delivery. This isn’t a tariff, but a fee for processing the customs clearance, and these charges are set entirely by the courier, so I’m not able to see them in advance.
