Oh, what fun this was to paint! Everything about this piece delights the most playful part of me. Juggling colour, balancing shapes, clowning with idea and taking flying leaps into imagination—the creative act is a circus act indeed! Making magic out of paint, conjuring art from ideas, and following curiosity without reservation. How lucky I am to be holding the brush, both witness to and willing participant in the show.
