A wave of warm, sea-scented air breezed through my studio the day this lovely sky painting came my way. What a joy it was to follow a powerful intuitive flow of energy wholeheartedly in the moment, watch this painting evolve, and feel so deeply inspired by a simple idea.
Some paintings are magic from the very first brushstroke, and this beauty is definitely one of those. I can see it in every swoosh of the brush, every delicious blending of colour, and most importantly, in the way it stops my heart.
