What happens when you let go of the plan and let the painting take the lead?

This collection began with a very clear idea. Then I picked up a brush and promptly threw the plan out the window. What followed was a colourful, spontaneous process of intuition, experimentation and happy accidents, with acrylics layered beneath oils and each painting taking an unexpected path.

Every abstract painting is an unrepeatable moment in time, shaped by curiosity, feeling and the freedom to see where the work wants to go. The result is a collection full of colour, movement and unexpected twists and turns.

A reminder to stay open, stay curious and let a little happenstance into the picture.
