Artist Interview: Colour, Curiosity and Instinct

I was recently featured in a lovely interview by Christine Goucher on her blog, where we talked about colour, instinct, and the often unpredictable path of making art.

We spoke about how my paintings begin, the role intuition plays in the studio, and why I believe some of the best work happens when you stay with uncertainty a little longer. We also touched on my love of colour, how emotion shapes a painting, and the importance of trusting the process rather than forcing an outcome.
