All PRINTS are sent with tracking, delivery time will vary depending on destination. If we are aware of circumstances that may delay delivery we will inform you as soon as we can. Please note that we are not in control of the shipping services and do assume liability for late deliveries or lost packages by the postal service or other couriers.

Please note that International Shipping outside costs vary widely depending on carrier, destination and options (speed, tracking). The cost at checkout is an estimate which is subject to change. After checkout we will confirm your shipping preference and any cost difference.
International shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE any applicable import taxes, customs duties and fees that are due upon entry into the destination country. Duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Greeting Cards:
GREETING CARDS are sent from the UK by Royal Mail by regular letter mail (without tracking) and are dispatched within 24-48 hours of ordering. Tracking is available for additional charge of $7 which does not change delivery times. If you would like tracking added, please email prints@susannahbee.com and we will arrange this.

Incorrect shipping information: The buyer is responsible for providing correct shipping information. We will not refund lost or wrongly delivered orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. Orders will not be refunded if they are returned to us by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information, and the buyer will be responsible for full re-shipping costs to the correct address.
We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (Canada Post or other couriers domestically or internationally), and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. We work hard to package each order with care in sturdy flat mailers and tubes so that it arrives undamaged. Illustrated details on how we pack large prints at Studio Bee can be found here. Please note that it is your responsibility to open the packing carefully without causing damage to the prints.
Fine Art prints are delicate objects and we ask that you handle your new artwork with care and minimize handling in general. This means opening the packaging carefully, removing prints from their packaging with clean hands, free from oil to avoid any fingerprints, storing them in a place away from possible water or heat damage and handling them gently when framing.
If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, or if you missed the delivery you must contact the shipping service personally. We are unable to do any free-of-charge reprints for orders that are not delivered, are lost, or get stolen. We are unable to reprint Limited Edition prints if the edition has closed.
