The wonderfully serene paintings of my "Lakelands" reflect a great love of the outdoors. Each is a memory of a thousand nature hike, beautiful lakes, and camping getaways; of the days spent exploring forest looking and hours spent on the water and gazing towards distant shore. I find there is a calming wisdom to be found in the forest that I wish to express with these painting.
