By keeping my skyscapes abstract, I can experiment with colour and push myself outside of my comfort zone. I like to paint skies that I've never seen before in completely unique ways that reflect my creative voice. 'Sun Spun' is exactly the kind of painting I like to see come out of the studio - a lovely reminder that staying curious and trying new things is at the heart of my creative soul. A little bit different is a whole lot of wonderful!
This abstract sky painting is of a world bathed in golden light at sunrise. A brilliant pink burst from the sunrise shines through the clouds in the distance, blending with the other colours in the morning light. It's a magnificent and mysterious sight, a moment to savor. Take a stroll through the open countryside and marvel at the wonders of my morning sky. The size shown for an art print on fine art paper is the final sheet size, which includes a 1” border. The border gives the image ‘room to breathe’ and leave some space for my signature as well as space to accommodate framing with a mat.
The size shown for a canvas art print is the image size. Your canvas print will arrive rolled with an additional 2” border (white or printed) so you can wrap this around the stretcher frame of your choice. My signature runs vertically up the right side of the border.

My sky art prints are available on museum quality fine art paper or canvas with archival pigment inks, ensuring that the colors and details remain vibrant and crisp for years to come.
Prints created on fine art paper are created with a 1” border - the print size refers to the cut paper size including the border.
Canvas art prints are created with an extra 2” border for wrapping around a stretcher frame. This is available as white or printed with an extension of the image.
