In a collection that's fairly heavy in the 'blue' department, it's no wonder that I was craving a different kind of palette. I literally had to put the blue out of reach and lay out only the warmest of desert colours. Having never been to the desert, I’ve never experienced the long glow of light over sand or melted in the unyielding heat. It’s all imagination here, in the peachiest, pinkiest, creamiest way with, of course, a scattering of...snowflakes? THAT'S the kind of touch that makes me smile!
