The lovely result that happens when abstract meets flower and embraces colour to find joy! Just like a vase of fresh-cut flowers, abstract botanical artwork is a beautiful way to brighten your space and provide a reminder to stop and smell the roses.
Originally a small abstract painting in the 'Somersault' collection, a bunch of pink, peach and magenta flowers was a wonderful opportunity for abstraction. The lines in the petal and leaf shapes combined beautifully with perfectly imperfect brushstrokes and the bright colour palette to capture the feeling of impermanence found in springtime blooms.
This art print looks particularly good in a smaller size to complement a gallery wall but also scales to a larger size canvas print to add a splash of colour to a room.

The size shown for an abstract art print on fine art paper is the final sheet size, which includes a 1” border. The border gives the image ‘room to breathe’ and leaves some space for my signature as well as space to accommodate framing with a mat.
The size shown for a canvas art print is the image size. Your canvas print will arrive rolled with an additional 2” border (white or printed) so you can wrap this around the stretcher frame of your choice. My signature runs vertically up the right side of the border.
